Sharing an enthusiasm for the medieval period, we use members' research, podcasts, visits to museums, exhibitions and places of interest to explore the period. However, we not only discuss the past but look at its relevance to the present day. To misquote the philosopher George Santayana “Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it” All we require from members of the group, is an interest in the period, a willingness to get involved and an open mind to the views of others.

Although this group is currently full you can either contact the group coordinator to join a waiting list or contact the Groups Coordinator to join a waiting list for a new group, which we will endeavour to set up as soon as we get enough interest.
