Chair Pilates (using a chair for support) is an excellent form of exercise if you have difficulty standing without support and/or struggle to get down to and up from the floor. It helps with posture, joint mobility, balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. It also teaches correct breathing techniques, promotes better sleep, and helps to relieve stress and tension. This group is suitable whether you are a beginner or have some previous experience of Pilates.

If this group is currently full you can either contact the group coordinator to join a waiting list or contact the Groups Coordinator to join a waiting list for a new group, which we will endeavour to set up as soon as we get enough interest.
