We’re a friendly group walking the Capital Ring in 14 stages, from September 2025 to October 2026. Each walk covers between 4.5 and 7.5 miles, taking us along a variety of paths and surfaces—so we recommend wearing walking boots for comfort and support.

We meet at Finchley Central station and travel together to the start of each walk, where we pause for a coffee before setting off. The walk itself is continuous, ending with a well-earned pub lunch.

To ensure everyone enjoys the camaraderie and continuity of the group, we ask that members aim to take part in most of the walks. Please note that participants need to be able to walk unaided, and we’re not able to accommodate dogs on these outings.
