Aerobics - Low Impact

Venue: St. John's United Reformed Church
Cost: Members share the cost of the venue hire and instructor - contact the group coordinator for current costs.

Our teacher has created a lovely programme of exercise routines to music followed by seated, stretching exercises using a small Pilates ball and resistance band. Coordination and strength will gradually improve.

Beginners are very welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

If this group is currently full you can either contact the group coordinator to join a waiting list or contact the Groups Coordinator to join a waiting list for a new group, which we will endeavour to set up as soon as we get enough interest.
