In this this talk, Gaye Illsley, an independent living expert, will explain how a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) helps legal decision-making about a person’s health and welfare, property and financial affairs.
She will cover recent changes in the registration process and current best practice, and refer to her personal experience of using an LPA for family members. Maybe something we’d rather not think about but a vital issue we should all consider.
