Pilates 10, our brand-new Bu3a Pilates group, is designed to introduce you gently and effectively to the basic Pilates moves in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
The instructor, Maria Vasiliou, is an exceptionally qualified, extremely attentive, and caring Pilates instructor who will guide you safely through every exercise. The focus of the sessions will be on building a strong foundation, helping you boost joint mobility, strengthen core muscle groups, significantly improve stability and balance, and ultimately get your body moving with confidence. Please note this is a standing and mat-based class. Participants must be able to comfortably and independently get down to and up from the floor, and be able to lie on their back, tummy, and side to perform the exercises
