Group Description
Our group is about learning and developing acrylic painting. We have a weekly set topic covering a wide range of styles and techniques. We bring our own materials and work in a large, light hall. Most members started as beginners but have gained massively in skill and confidence. Our coordinator supports members with example, advice, and demonstration. We also have occasional visiting tutors. We are very friendly and supportive and learn from each other. Many of us are so keen that we also paint at home. We have had exhibitions, some en plein air.
