Group Description

Our group meets weekly with a focus on speaking in, and listen to, Spanish. We exchange news about what we have done since the previous meeting. From time to time members will bring along interesting articles they have found either in Spanish or about the Spanish language. A recent example is a member describing, in Spanish, the etymology of the word for "peacock" which translates as "royal turkey". We also enjoy listening to short stories in Spanish and translating them.
