On Saturday 4th October the Potters Bar and Barnet U3A Piano Playing groups got together at Ewen Hall, High Barnet, to perform an informal concert for friends and family.
The event was coordinated by Keith Jacobsen, U3A national subject adviser for piano playing. Ten players took part.
The programme included music by Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, Grieg, Strauss and Schumann for both solo piano and duet.
The concert culminated in a performance of the popular Neapolitan Song ‘Funiculi, Funicula’ for 6 hands.
