Group Description
Are you interested in or concerned about what's happening to both our local and global climate and ecology? If so, we would love to welcome you to this very active group.
We meet up monthly to share news and views about issues connected with the environment and biodiversity. Individual members focus on various aspects such as transport, biodiversity, waste, diet, air quality, etc.
We participate in local 'green' campaigns with other groups, including tree planting. We also aim to raise awareness of the issues among Bu3a members through running a display at the Monthly Meeting, a regular Eco Update article with helpful tips and organising occasional Study Days.
