Group Description

We are a small and enthusiastic group, who are studying the fascinating origins, beliefs, customs and rituals of the main world religions. We consider both the similarities shared between them and their differences. Coming ourselves from a variety of religious backgrounds, we learn from each other through short presentations and discussions. We also organise outings to places of worship associated with the religions we discuss. This year we're looking at ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Norse and Celtic religions.
