This group meets on Zoom so you can do Pilates from the comfort of your own home.
It is suitable for people who are at an intermediate level with some experience of Pilates. We have a well-qualified and very supportive instructor.
The focus is on getting the body moving, increasing joint mobility, strengthening the main muscle groups and doing weight-bearing exercises to help improve bone health.
