Group Description
Chair Pilates is perfect for people who want to do pilates but who have difficulty standing without support and/or struggle to get down to and up from the floor. We use a firm and stable chair to support and aid you in your Pilates practice.
This class will improve your posture, joint mobility and balance, increase your strength and flexibility, challenge your coordination and work on your flexibility. It will also teach you correct breathing techniques, which will promote better sleep and relaxation and help you to relieve stress and tension. It is suitable for both beginners and those who have some previous experience of Pilates.
