Group Description

This group is all about learning about - and enjoying tasting - wines. At each meeting, we take turns introducing various wines and hearing about where they come from. We also get expert guidance from our group leader, who has over 40 years' experience in the wine trade.
You don't need any prior knowledge - just bring a curiosity about wines - and we even provide a glass! We've recently discussed the wines of Piedmont and Argentina, and visited Stanlake Park Vineyard in Berkshire. It's a lovely way to spend a Tuesday morning with fellow oenophiles.
