Even over 80 years after it ended, the Second World War continues to fascinate (and horrify) us and it has had wide-ranging effects on the world we live in today.
In this group, we discuss a huge variety of topics from the well-documented (e.g. The Battle of Britain and Dunkirk) to the lesser known aspects (such as Operation Pedestal in Malta), and there is room to share family experiences too. If you have a particular WWII interest you would like to share or just want to learn more about the war, we would welcome you to join us.
If this group is currently full you can either contact the group coordinator to join a waiting list or contact the Groups Coordinator to join a waiting list for a new group, which we will endeavour to set up as soon as we get enough interest.
